Road near Bradgate Park closes as police deal with ‘incident’
A busy county road which runs along the borders of Bradgate Park has been closed due to a ‘police incident’.
Officers of the Leicestershire Police force have closed Bradgate Road at the junction of Groby Lane and Bracken Hill in Newtown Linford.
Motorists have been warned to find a different route.
Police have not revealed the reason behind the closure.
The force announced the road closure on Twitter at 5.24pm.
