Hello,

This week I have been putting up 10 signs I have managed to get my hands on. Hopefully these will help raise awareness and help road safety in Burbage. I have tried to locate these signs where I am aware school children cross on busy roads. If you are aware of any other locations that would benefit, please pass on the street and a house number where it would be relevantly positioned. I am trying to get some more. Locations include Forresters Road, Brookside, Coventry Road, Sketchley Road, Rugby Road and Far Lash.

Report of a Theft of a bag from a mobility scooter on Tilton Road on the 1st of March. Items have been recovered but the investigation is ongoing to find out the circumstances of the incident.

Theft from an Amazon delivery van on Willow close at around 16:10 on the 3rd of March. If you have any CCTV or Dash Cam of this incident, please get in touch. The suspect vehicle was in the Willow close, Rugby Road and Sketchley Road area around this time. This incident is under investigation.

Our local priorities are in response to the feedback we get from our Neighbourhood link surveys, provided by you. The more people completing them, the better picture we get of what residents would like us to address and any positive things you would like to say. You may automatically get a reminder to complete a surveys monthly if you requested to fill in surveys. You can use the links below to complete surveys. Drop me a message if you would like to fill in surveys going forward and I will change the setting for you.
